Earlier this summer we decided that we wanted to trade our used trailer, for a new one. We visited several dealers in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, and looked at many different types of trailers and options. In late July, we noticed a trailer on the website at RV World that was of interest...so we sent an email through the website to inquire. In less than 2 hours, I received a phone call from Barry at RV World. I was immediately impressed with not only the prompt response, but how pleasant he was to talk to on the phone.
We travelled to Waasis the following day, and spent some time with Barry, looking at the Puma 31BHSS that would eventually become our new trailer. We liked the product, and wanted to try ans see if we could make something work. I was pleased to meet Brent, and after some back and forth negotiations, we were able to come to a deal that we were all happy with.
The following Thursday, we brought our used trailer in for the actual trade, and met Steve to get some documentation taken care of. We then participated in the new trailer orientation with Troy. We enjoyed this, and thanked Troy for taking the time to help us become familiar with the new trailer.
Over the months of August and September, we have been out for several camping trips to a few different locations. We are really enjoying the new Puma. This past weekend we were at a very nice and scenic campground in Maine, enjoying the fall colors, and have one more trip planned for Thanksgiving weekend. We just don't want to put the Puma away...we're having too much fun! But the time will soon be here to winterize. Sad to say.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the great folks at RV World. I would recommend RV World to anyone who asks me. We are glad that we were able to do business at this dealership, and happy to have been able to meet everyone who made this purchase happen for us. Last year, we purchased a new 336TSIK Fifth Wheel and had a great experience with all departments. Barry assisted us throughout the purchase and the finance department helped get everything in place. The floor had some minor damage from the factory, but Ryan and Sarah did their best to ensure it was repaired. Ryan contacted the regular sub-contractors, but ended up bringing in someone from outside. Even though we knew exactly where the damage was, the repair job was done so well, we cannot find it. They are all very professional, courteous, know what they are talking about "Really know about Travel Trailers!" Our purchase experience was very good! We had a few hiccups with parts, which was later corrected beyond our satisfaction. When the trailer was transported and set up, we were somewhat dissatisfied with the manner in which the setup was rather incomplete, in my view, especially in regards to blocking and stabilizing the trailer. During our learning to live with our trailer, we came across a couple of things that were not functioning properly. After several texts with our salesperson, a serviceman was sent to our location to correct and replace those things that were problematic. Randy Tricartin was top notch, and went over and above to satisfy our needs. Thanks RV World, and Randy Trecartin, for top notch service and caring about making these customers very happy campers!

Exceptional Service (Comment out of RV Gazette magazine)
Dear Diane, While on the way home to Ontario from a wonderful two week visit to PEI this summer, we experienced an electrical problem in our trailer which forced us to stop at RV World in New Brunswick. It seemed that our battery would not take a charge and read very low when we were not connected. Finally our fridge would not start while traveling so we were forced to seek service after putting up with this problem for some time. We got immediate attention from Sharon and her technicians at RV World. After some testing of the battery and my vehicles charging system without finding any faults, the technician discovered that both leads coming from the battery were loose at the electrical panel inside the trailer, causing a low power supply. He tightened the connection and everything has functioned properly since. The technician shook my hand and said "There you go, have a nice trip" No charge! We dropped into RV World in New Brunswick without an appointment and took up at least a half hour of a technicians time. My wife and I would like to thank them for their prompt, competent and generous service. We certainly would recommend RV World in New Brunswick to fellow readers. Dear Ms. Dobson: On behalf of the volunteers and campers at the New Brunswick Lung Association's "Camp Asthmatopia" help July 13-18 2008, I would like to thank RV World of generously donating a trailer for our summer asthma camp. The "Asthma Trailer" was easily recognized and it provided a cool, quiet and private location for the children to go in the event they required medical assistance for asthma symptoms. The trailer housed the health professionals who were at camp for the week as well as the various medications and educational supplies needed during the camp.

I wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience it was dealing with your company for our vacation in Sussex. True to form, Bill arrived at about 2:15 on Monday afternoon and had us set up in no time. Even though we were missing the sewage hose, Bill showed us everything we needed to know for a great week in the trailer.When we returned after a day trip on Wednesday, there was a brand new hose attached and ready to us. Please pass on our many thanks to Bill for his attention to this matter. We were using the camp washrooms for the most part but by Thursday, it was time to pump out both. Bill was very thorough in his walk through and instructions which made for a stress-free week. This was amazing since none of us had actually had to manage a trailer before. I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at RV World for their great service.We purchased a camper in 2011 - brand new. Our salesman at the time was Trevor (I don't remember his last name) and he did a great job - we were very happy when we picked up our new trailer and we enjoyed 3 years of camping in it.
We had a few issues with the fridge in the camper and Ryan in the service department looked right after us! He is the person we call whenever we have a question - he always finds the time to help us!! Great bunch of people - RV World really have the customer in mind when dealing with any situation.This past month we decided that we wanted to get a bigger camper so back to RV world we went. This time we dealt with Sara Hall - what a terrific person! Her and I emailed back and forth for quite some time - she ALWAYS answered my messages no matter what time of day or even what day it was. She certainly went above and beyond!!
Thanks also to Troy for giving us our orientation - what a terrific job he did. We knew a lot but he also showed us so much more! He definitely is an asset to RV World. Great Job Troy!!

Mr. Dobson, I do not wish to take a lot of your time however I wanted to relay to you a short note in regards to your staff at RV World. I initially purchased a Coachmen trailer from your establishment in 2008 and have had many good RV times in this Unit. Lately I had a small problem with the tires that came on this Unit and initially spoke to Ms. Foster (both) who steered me to the Warranty Clerk( sorry forgot the name). They were very courteous and understood the problem called someone in Indiana on my behalf to see what they could do for me. I got an answer in 48 hrs and resolution in 2 days. I wish to thank you and your staff for the timely help with this problem. This excellent after sales service is why I bought from your business, please thank them for me job well done!!! I recently had a family friend that was interested in an RV Unit that was advertised in the local paper in Houlton, Maine I quickly told him cheaper price is one thing but the service after the sale is paramount. I let him know that since my purchase at RV World I have been treated with nothing but courteous staff, timely parts ordering and any problem was settled quickly. A lesson learned is that although you may buy a Unit at what appears to be a "deal" people might want to look at the excellent service I have received from your staff, Once again thank you and your staff

Exceptional Service (Comment out of RV Gazette magazine)
Dear Diane, While on the way home to Ontario from a wonderful two week visit to PEI this summer, we experienced an electrical problem in our trailer which forced us to stop at RV World in New Brunswick. It seemed that our battery would not take a charge and read very low when we were not connected. Finally our fridge would not start while traveling so we were forced to seek service after putting up with this problem for some time. We got immediate attention from Sharon and her technicians at RV World. After some testing of the battery and my vehicles charging system without finding any faults, the technician discovered that both leads coming from the battery were loose at the electrical panel inside the trailer, causing a low power supply. He tightened the connection and everything has functioned properly since. The technician shook my hand and said "There you go, have a nice trip" No charge! We dropped into RV World in New Brunswick without an appointment and took up at least a half hour of a technicians time. My wife and I would like to thank them for their prompt, competent and generous service. We certainly would recommend RV World in New Brunswick to fellow readers. Dear Ms. Dobson: On behalf of the volunteers and campers at the New Brunswick Lung Association's "Camp Asthmatopia" help July 13-18 2008, I would like to thank RV World of generously donating a trailer for our summer asthma camp. The "Asthma Trailer" was easily recognized and it provided a cool, quiet and private location for the children to go in the event they required medical assistance for asthma symptoms. The trailer housed the health professionals who were at camp for the week as well as the various medications and educational supplies needed during the camp.
RV World had been a generous donor to the New Brunswick Lung Association's annual asthma for many years, and we look forward to working with your organization in the future. Dear: Dave Dobson Thank you for the sixteenth annual RV World weekend show held in Fredericton.
The event generated 55 boxes of food totaling, $2,800 worth of groceries.
We have an increase of 200 new families this year, which is significant, putting a strain on our resources, so this food could not have come at a better time.I did notice that the Gleaner ad did not indicate that food donations could be made to the Fredericton Food Bank, just that entrance was free. On Monday July 21/08 we experienced a problem with our motor home although your could not analyze our problem you made every effort to make sure we got help by calling numerous service centers and locating one that could help us in the morning (D & M Radiator Service Mike Murdock) you than provided us with 30 amp hookup for the night and had one of your employees escort us to the repair location the next morning (our offer to pay for this service was refused) we consider this type of service above and beyond, by the way our problem was resolved by D & M with the same expertise.We would again like to say thank you for your cooperation and assistance and will recommend you highly to all our RV friends.

Hi Hailey,
I wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience it was dealing with your company for our vacation in Sussex. True to form, Bill arrived at about 2:15 on Monday afternoon and had us set up in no time. Even though we were missing the sewage hose, Bill showed us everything we needed to know for a great week in the trailer.When we returned after a day trip on Wednesday, there was a brand new hose attached and ready to us. Please pass on our many thanks to Bill for his attention to this matter. We were using the camp washrooms for the most part but by Thursday, it was time to pump out both. Bill was very thorough in his walk through and instructions which made for a stress-free week. This was amazing since none of us had actually had to manage a trailer before. Hopefully it was tidy enough for the return. We left the broom for future renters.Thanks so much for all your help. Your province is beautiful and we had great experience everywhere we went. If we ever return, I'm sure we'd like to deal with your company again. In fact, many of the campers at the campground were asking about our rental and I recommended your group.Jackie Mitchell -
